About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to help expand our business in the education and technology sector. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, sales follow-ups, and building strong relationships with schools, institutions, and organizations.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in sales, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and generate new business opportunities
Reach out to schools, colleges, institutions, and organizations
Present company products and services to potential clients
Conduct product demonstrations, and presentations
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Client Communication & Telecalling
Make outbound calls to prospective clients
Handle customer inquiries professionally
Coordinate meetings and appointments with clients
Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and follow-up data
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
Marketing & Lead Generation
Support online and offline marketing activities
Generate leads through telecalling, email campaigns, social media, and field visits
Participate in exhibitions, educational events, and promotional activities
Collect market insights and competitor information
Requirements
Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and convincing ability
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing processes
Confidence in telecalling and client interaction
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, MS Office, CRM tools)
Preferred Qualifications
Any Graduate / MBA / Diploma
Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or telecalling preferred
Freshers with strong communication and sales interest can also apply
Knowledge of education technology or school products is an added advantage
